COOLING OFF THE HEALTHY WAY

Hey girls!

Teg, I loved going to baker’s dough with you so much. It tasted so great, that I can’t wait to go back.

Yesterday was baking day again, and because it has been so incredibly hot the past couple of days, I had to find a way to cool off. I have been super into juices, since I got a juicer for my birthday, and I wanted to make something original with them. That is how I came up with the idea to make healthy popsicles. These taste amazing (my parents told me so), are easy to make, and there’s noting unhealthy about them. I know, it’s crazy.

The Mega Healthy Green Popsicle

Ingredients:

– Grapes
– Spinache
– Apples
– Kiwi
– Wheatgrass Powder (optional)

Step 1:

Put all of your ingredients in your juicer/blender, and add a dash of wheatgrass powder. This is something my friend Fleur gave to me from her internship, and it just makes me feel so healthy. If any of you know more about it, let me know!

Step 2:

Put your juice in a popsicle mold. In the summer you can find these almost everywhere. I got mine for my birthday, and I thought they were so cute!

So I have to admit that the “The Beautiful Pink Fruity Popsicle” unfortunately exploded in the freezer, something I definitely do not recommend. Luckily there were still three tasty popsicles to enjoy.

Let me know your ways to cool off in this heat!

Love,

Saar
